|Recommended: YesWe love it — Well into our retirement years, my husband and I chose to free ourselves from the burden of ongoing upkeep and maintenance that ownership requires. Two Light has been the piece de resistance of our quest for carefree living. The design and construction quality ensure the quiet we prefer and the wall of windows entertains us with its ever changing panorama of sky and urban landscape. However, it’s the maintenance and property staff that really shines at Two Light. Requests are addressed immediately and competently, far exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend Two Light

|Recommended: YesCost effective living place — First, the location is great. It’s located in the downtown and convenient for me to commute to my working place and almost every fun place I want to visit. So I don’t need to “raise” a car and I can still survive pretty well
Second, the staffs are super helpful and the network here is amazing. The building organize lots of events and also put all the events in the KC on the monthly calendar to make sure the residents have a great personal life.
Third, it’s a pet friendly building. They care about the pet’s health and even bring the vets in for the health exam on pets. The building also has a personal dog park across the street for the furry friends to enjoy the fresh air and grass.
Fourth, the residents can enjoy discounts of the restaurants and some shops, and sometimes free food drink coffee. Who doesn’t like free stuff
Fifth, the maintenance is just on your fingertips. Whenever you find something’s not functioning, just request on the building’s website. And it gets taken care of really quick and easy.
Overall, it’s really a great high-end apartment. The rent they charge is so reasonable for me.

|Recommended: YesIt's like living in a luxury cruise ship — It's amazing that there is somewhere this nice in Kansas City, it's a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. When my parents were visiting, I think they said it best -- it's like living in a cruise ship, minus the nausea. I have never had a single problem with noise from neighbors, any other problems are taken care very swiftly. My one minor complaint is that I wish window cleaning happened more often, but I'm happy that it's taking place now and understand it's hard expensive to do often . Five star living feels pretty great
