|Recommended: YesExcellent Service and Accommodation at Two Lights — I recently had the opportunity to interact with the property management team at Two Lights while navigating through the leasing process. Their professionalism, customer service, and dedication to resolving tenants' issues were beyond exemplary.
Throughout the entire leasing process, they demonstrated a high level of transparency and efficiency, clearly communicating the required documents and steps. Despite a few initial hiccups, their responsiveness and willingness to work towards solutions were truly commendable. They promptly clarified the need for original bank statements and were patient while I arranged for the same, making the process as smooth as possible.

|Recommended: YesPretty happy — Love my unit. Overall pretty good. Would have liked a little more response communication at times but I understand the job can be busy. Saying you’re busy instead of leaving me on read working from home would be better though.
Overall there wasn’t an issue that wasn’t solved but some of them took longer than I expected, like knowing how the pro rated rent is calculated or communicating after the deposit was paid.

|Recommended: YesFirst day In Our New Home - We love Maxwell Mueller — We just moved into our home, and we have had the greatest experience. We have lived everywhere, and we can say this is a spectacular place. Maxwell Mueller helped us while we were in Seattle to get us here and set everything up and has always made us feel extra special. He is always available and goes above and beyond. The home is beautiful, we feel safe, and the views - oh the views The 8th floor is an oasis. Thank you for the opportunity to live at Two Light. Please buy Maxwell lunch or do something nice for him as we will be telling everyone to go visit him as he made this a fantastic experience.
